CCF Intermediate Grant Writing Workshops

The Institute for Youth Development (IYD) will host 12 one and one-half day workshops on developing federal grant applications. The workshops are part of the Compassion Capital Fund (CCF) award IYD received in September 2005 from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Administration for Children and Families.

Workshops are planned to assist faith-based and community organizations in producing high-quality, competitive, and successful applications for federal grants. Sessions will include intermediate-level training on leadership development, organizational development, evaluation of programs/services, diversification of funding, and community engagement. Workshops will include interactive hands-on sessions as well as one-on-one individualized technical assistance sessions.

Online Registration Form You must have a personal email account to register online. You may also download and print a paper registration form (PDF, 16K)*. All hotel accommodations are the responsibility of workshop registrants.

Registration for all workshops will be on a first-come, first-served basis with pre-registration and a $25.00 "No-Show" fee required. This fee will be refunded if you attend the workshop, but will not be refunded if you do not attend and do not cancel your registration at least 5 working days prior to the event. Workshop attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations.

A working lunch will be guarenteed to the first 100 pre-registered workshop attendees only!
